Roasted chicken and turkey. Tuna. Or your sommelier's favorite: mushroom or sausage risotto.
The wine maker
A true family estate. The name 'Cuvée des Henri' is dedicated to the ancestors of husband and wife who run the estate: Henri Charton, the husband's grandfather, used to take care of the reds in the estate, and Henri Vachet, the wife's grandfather, used to take care of the whites.
