Why did we choose this wine?
Our sommelier Paolo has chosen this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo as it shows the aromas and the taste of this grape in its purity, without the influence of oaking.

About this wine

Montepulciano has long been the work horse of red wines in Central Italy. The work of a few winemakers is now bringing it out of its humble origins to deliver wines of high quality. And in this case, using entirely organic winemaking techniques.

The wine maker

Jasci is a classic family business that has been producing wine for three generations. They started in the 1960s and were early adopter of the organic wine approach in the 1990s - kudos to them.
